Wash and soak dried shiitake mushrooms. -

Peel out the chestnut pulp, wash the peas, carrots and corn and set aside. -

Wash the rice twice. -

Cut the bacon fat and lean meat separately. -

Chop dry shiitake mushrooms into small pieces. -
