Super simple braised fish recipe
1. Cut onions and garlic into sections, and cut ginger into shreds.
2. Remove the scales and internal organs from the fish, wash them, and fry them over slow heat until golden brown on both sides.
3. Add onion segments, garlic segments, shredded ginger and a bowl of water. After the water boils, turn the fish over and add soy sauce.
4. Drain the juice and serve. The super simple braised fish is complete.
