A medium-sized round eggplant and a piece of meat

Dice the eggplant. Cut the meat into small pieces and mince it in a blender.

Chop onion, ginger and garlic into mince. Dried chili pepper, cut into small pieces by hand.

Hot a pan with cold oil and stir-fry the minced meat over low heat. After the minced meat starts to change color, add the minced onions, ginger, garlic, pepper segments and cooking wine, turn on the heat and stir-fry until cooked.

Add diced eggplant, stir-fry evenly, add light soy sauce and sugar, and continue stir-frying. After it changes color completely, add a little water, cover and simmer. Add MSG and take out.
