Ingredients: pork filling, shredded carrots, chopped green onions, dumpling wrappers, onion, ginger and pepper water. -

Add light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, oyster sauce, salt, pepper, starch, and eggs to the meat filling and stir evenly. -

Add onion, ginger and pepper water in batches and stir well. -

Add shredded carrots and chopped green onions and mix well. -

Wrap into dumplings. -

Put oil in a pan, add dumplings and fry over low heat until the bottom is golden brown. -

Add enough water to cover half of the dumplings, cover the pot and cook. -

Cook until the water in the pot dries up. -
