Mash or mince pork, mince onion, ginger, garlic and chili -

Heat a little oil in a pot, add meat and chopped onion, ginger, garlic and chili, stir-fry -

Add soybean paste, water and salt and stir-fry. You can cover the lid and simmer for a while, or you can keep stir-frying until the meat is cooked. It usually takes three to five minutes. -

Tips
You can add more onions, ginger, and garlic to enhance the aroma. If you find it too spicy, add less chili pepper.
