How to make Shanxi stew
1. Blanch the bean sprouts for easy preparation later.
2. Heat the pan with cold oil and add a little pepper powder.
3. Add chili and stir-fry slightly.
4. Add cabbage and stir-fry until soft.
5.After the cabbage becomes soft, add the fried tofu and meatballs, and add some stock (You can leave it out if there is no broth)
6. Add soy sauce and season. Stew for 5-6 Minutes, wait for the cabbage to take in the flavor.
7.Put a spoonful of tomato paste (if it is a raw tomato, you can put it in the Step 5: Put together with fried tofu)
8. Add bean sprouts, vermicelli, salt, and dark soy sauce to taste . Stew for 3-4 minutes.
