Tips
1. I didn’t have peanut oil, so I used soybean oil instead.
2. I didn’t have light soy sauce, so I used dark soy sauce instead.
3. I made this dish for the first time last year. Two old people said they wanted to eat it. This is the second time. Although the color and appearance may not look good, it tastes good.
