Ingredients required: fungus, cucumber, coriander, onion, vinegar, sesame oil, light salt soy sauce, Laoganma sauce. -

Blanch the soaked fungus for five minutes. -

Tips
1. Soak the fungus in cold water one day in advance.
2. Cool the blanched fungus with cold water and control the moisture.
