Thickly shred the zucchini and chop dill and garlic. -

Put two pieces of kitchen paper into a colander, pour in the yogurt, and drain off some water. -

Chop walnut kernels into small pieces. -

Pour a spoonful of olive oil into the potAdd zucchini and stir-fry over low heat. -

Add salt to taste and stir-fry until the water dries up and the zucchini becomes soft. Turn off the heat and let cool. -

Pour the yogurt into a mixing bowl, add minced garlic, dill and salt and mix well. -

Melt olive oil and butter in a pot, add walnut kernels and stir-fry over low heat, then add chili powder, stir-fry a few times and remove from the pot. -

Spread yogurt on the bottom of the plate, put zucchini on it, and finally sprinkle some walnut kernels and spicy oil.
Tips
After serving, stir all ingredients evenly before serving.
