Cut fresh beef into thin slices and set aside. -

Cut the ginger into shreds and set aside. -

Mix the meat slices with a little cornstarch, light soy sauce and pepper evenly and marinate for 20 minutes. -

Pour appropriate amount of oil into the pot and sauté the shredded ginger until fragrant. -

Pour in the meat slices and stir-fry quickly. -

Saute until cooked and set aside. -

Leave the oil in the pot, pour the mung bean sprouts directly, sprinkle with salt and stir-fry. -

Stir-fry until the bean sprouts are soft, then add the meat slices and continue to stir-fry. -
