How to make crispy fried mung bean sprouts
1.Wash the bean sprouts , shell the beans.
2. Cut the green and red peppers into rings and smash the garlic into flat pieces.
3. Add oil to the pot, stir-fry the garlic until fragrant, then add green and red pepper rings, and add bean sprouts after 30 seconds.
4.Add bean sprouts, stir-fry over high heat for 1 minute, then add appropriate amount of salt, stir-fry for another 1 minute and then remove from the pot
