The filet I used, if it is not marinated, you can marinate it with appropriate amount of salt and black pepper juice for more than 2 hours. -
2
Wash and chop vegetables, onions and tomatoes. -
3
Add a little salt to the water and cook the vegetables in the pot. -
4
Next, cook the pasta for 8 minutes, remove and drain, and set aside. -
5
Heat oil in a pot and sauté onions until fragrant. -
6
Put the tomatoes into the pan and stir-fry them into soup. -
7
Add an appropriate amount of salt and a spoonful of black pepper juice to make a sauce and set aside. -
8
Before frying the steak, use a kitchen towel to absorb the water. -
9
Add appropriate amount of butter to a pan and heat it up. -
10
Put the steak in and fry over high heat. I like 8 points, 2 minutes on one side. Flip and fry for one and a half minutes. You can increase or decrease the time according to your preference. -
11
The sauce covers the pasta to dress it up nicely, and the steak will taste better with some pepper sauce. -
12
The steak scored 8 points, which I like.
Tips
Ingredients are for two.
You can also put the cooked pasta into the pot and stir-fry it evenly after the sauce is made.
Adjust the cooking time of the steak according to your preference.
