How to make braised pork ribs and carrots
1.Ingredients required: One sparerib (wash and scald with boiling water to remove the smell), 2 carrots (cut with a hob), one lotus root, pour boiling water and simmer for 2 hours.
2.After stewing, pick it up
3.Put it out and make pork rib soup (I use it to stew porridge), lotus root (I use it for cold salad),
4.Put oil in the pot, then add 2 tablespoons of sugar, and let it simmer slowly over low heat
5.Pour in the ribs, add light soy sauce, oyster sauce, minced ginger and garlic and stir-fry for a few times
6.Pour into a small bowl of pork rib soup and simmer for 3 to 5 minutes (to make the soup dry)
7. Remove from the pan (sprinkle with chopped green onion)
