Remove the cabbage stems, wash and cut into shreds. -

Do the same with purple cabbage. -

Heat oil in a pan, add vegetables and stir-fry. Add less water halfway to prevent the pot from drying out. -

Add half a spoon of salt and a bag of mustard, stir-fry evenly until the flavor is absorbed. -

The color of purple cabbage is very aggressive, and the amount is smaller than that of cabbage.
